Did you know that Dr. Kathy is a super-duper writing rockstar! It is true! I might be the Online Content & Social Media Manager but I am a proud member of the Kathy Koch cheerleading squad!
Give me a “K”! Give me an “A”! Give me a “THY”! … or, you know … WRITE, WRITE, WRITE, WRITE!
Kathy is in the midst of finishing up the initial manuscript for her new book “Screens And Teens: Connecting With Our Kids In A Wireless World.” It’s crunch time for her on this project so your prayers (and cheers) for her and this effort would be greatly appreciated.
That’s not all …
Dr. Kathy and Jill Savage will be featured on three brand new Focus On The Family radio shows inspired by their book No More Perfect Kids. They will air in two weeks! Here are the details:
- There will be a three day Focus on the Family broadcast titled, “Loving Your Kids for Who They Are-l-lll.” They are scheduled to air Monday, August 18, Tuesday, August 19, and Wednesday, August 20 2014. Please note, however, that the air schedule is subject to change. We’ll update you if that happens.
- On the scheduled airdate, the streaming audio of these broadcast will appear on the Focus on the Family broadcast page – www.focusonthefamily.com/radio – along with a brief description. Focus will also post links to their Facebook and Twitter pages that will link to the broadcast website on the airdate.
- To find a station where these shows will be aired, go to the Focus broadcast page and look for the Focus “Station Finder.” There you will find stations that carry the program in your area. In addition, a downloadable podcast will be available on iTunes (just search for Focus on the Family Daily Broadcast).
New books and big media opportunities, I couldn’t be more excited for Dr. Kathy and Jill Savage! Actually I could. I am even more excited for the millions of families who will be positively impacted/helped by the ongoing discussion around No More Perfect Kids, the new book Kathy is finishing up this week (Screens And Teens), and these fantastic Focus on the Family radio programs!
Oh, and did I mention that Kathy is a super-duper writing rockstar? Just want to make sure that I mentioned that. 🙂
