How do you decide what to spend your time on?
Last night I had dinner with the headmaster of an area Christian school. Her staff has hired me often and I think her school is fabulous. She asked if we could get to know each other better so I said “yes” to dinner. I don’t always do that.
If you’re like me, you always have many things to do. How do you decide what to do, what to wait on, and what you’ll never do?
Oswald Sanders said something very wise:
“We are not responsible for our endowments or natural abilities, but we are responsible for the strategic use of time.”
